For the last five years or so I have searched the net for articles I hoped might interest a wide variety of readers.
The process was often time consuming. Time that was being subtracted from interactions with my life partner Carolyn. We have only been married a few months over six years. Last year, my Carolyn was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
We are meeting each day as it arrives, trusting the loving providence of our Heavenly Father. Some days are more difficult than others. But we know He is faithful and His love is the steadfast sea anchor that keeps our ship pointed in the right direction. Yes there are occasional storms.
There was a Contemporary Christian song back in the early 90’s that helped us to remember: “Sometimes He calms the storm. Sometimes He calms the child.”
His Grace is sufficient for the trials of each day. Our duty is to keep our eyes on HIM.
He will not fail. He will not sleep. His steadfast love endures.
Regarding the site Liberty Street…I have decided to devote less time to searching the web for articles and more time devoted to my partner and my Lord.
The articles that appear here in the future will all be written by me. The topics will include whatever the Lord lays on my heart. The postings will not be six times a day as in the past. I will endeavor to post at least once a week. Hopefully I will be inspired to do more than one.
Til next we meet…may you stay safely in the center of His Grace.
